Description
This course includes a well-rounded workout, including warm-up, stretch, aerobic/cardiovascular exercise, cool down, and strengthening exercises. The course focuses on developing and/or improving aerobic skills and developing a healthy lifestyle. Information on anatomy and kinesiology to help students understand the mechanics of exercise will be included.
