PROED 423 - Benefits, Policies and Procedures for Human Resources

In this class students will learn in depth about health benefits, which constitute an average of 90% of typical benefit cost, who earns the benefits, how those benefits are administered, and who will pay for those benefits. Students will learn how health benefits can be a valuable tool for recruitment and retention, and strategies to maximize value for each dollar spent.
