PROED 428 - Organizational Training & Development

Participate in a hands-on classroom experience that teaches about and models a variety of components in the training and organization development functions. Explore organizational development as a process and understand its purposes, uses, and implementation in the workplace. This Program has been approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
