PROED 426 - Employee Selection and Recruitment

Students will learn the benefits of using criterion based employee selection and the step by step process of how to use criterion based employment interviews effectively. This Program has been approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
