PROED 425 - Employment Law

In employment law you will learn what rights employees have in the work environment, laws triggered by company size, a guide to pre-employment inquiry, what is illegal discrimination, and perhaps most importantly, how to guard against lawsuits and complaints. This Program has been approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
