ED PS 2110 - Educ. Psyc.: Learning, Literacy, and Development

Provides students the background necessary for understanding theories of learning and the use of theory to guide instruction. Focus is also given to the development of classroom assessment and current theories and practices in literacy. Cognitive and social development, individual differences, strategies for instruction, motivation, critical thinking, and self-regulation of learning are also examined.
