MSE 3510 - Introduction to Metallic Materials

Introduction to metals, including crystal structures, phase relationships, and processing techniques. The effect of these on mechanical and physical properties will be discussed. Emphasis will be on important engineering applications of metallic alloys and intermetallic compounds.
