Description
This course provides a solid foundation in the theory and practice of modern genetic and genomic analysis. Specific topics include organization of genes and genomes, genetic variation, and functional genetics aimed at understanding development, physiology, and disease. Approaches for human, model organism, and new model organisms will all be presented. Open to all graduate students in the Human Genetics Department; open to other students by permission of instructors.
