Description
It is important for all students of business to understand how companies make profits and how they can strive towards improvement. This is accomplished by understanding the impacts management choices have on their organization. This course will provide an understanding of the costs of a business, and how business decisions impact profits. Specifically, it will teach you how management accounting information can help in planning, budget preparation, performance measurement and short-term decisions.
