Join us for a tasting of this new category in the world of whiskey, American Single Malt Whisky. Yes, we dropped the 'e' in whisky because these whiskies are made in the tradition of Scotch using Barley as the primary grain. The difference is in the new oak aging. We feature a number of American Single Malts and discuss the distillation practices, aging, and flavor profiles of each.
